Analyze the granulator common faults and provide production reason, disposal method and the fault analysis, for your reference!
1. The pelleting machine failure analysis: the host current instability.
Production reason: feeding non-uniformity, main motor bearing damage or poor lubrication, no heating. A section of the heater failure or phase is wrong, the screw adjusting pad is wrong, element interference.
Disposal method: troubleshooting, check the feeder, replace the bearing when necessary. Main motor repair, if necessary, replace the heater. Check the heater is working correctly, pull out the screw to check the screw without interference phenomenon, check the adjust pad.
2. The pelleting machine failure analysis: the main motor can't start.
Causes: driving sequence is wrong, should check whether the fuse is burnt ring; Lord ?
